The Optimist Club of Fanshawe London is located in London, Ontario, Canada.
The Fanshawe dam from which the club takes its name, protects the city of London from flooding on the north branch of the Thames river. Since it’s founding in 1978, the Fanshawe Optimist Club has been serving youth in the communities of Stoneybrook, Grenfell and Northridge as well as all of London. Meeting twice monthly, the club is made up of civic minded adults who wish to contribute to the improvement of life in London. New members are always welcome.
